Customizing your widget

Customize every detail to suit your brand preferences.

  1. In the left-hand navigation select “Customize” to view all the design preferences.
  2. Under the “Display” category, you can change the Messenger Title, theme colour and mode, messenger font, placement, and size of the Messenger.

  3. Under the “Configurations” category, you can adjust the behaviour of the widget such as enabling auto-complete and clearing messages when the chatbox is closed, as well as you can modify how your users are able to interact with messenger window.

  4. Under the “Messages” category, is where you can change the welcome message and input placeholder text.
