Understand what your visitors are asking, where they converted and more.
- In the left-hand navigation select “Analyze” to view all your Answer Engine Analytics.
- Select the correct project in the top left drop down.
- Review the tabs to understand the following:
- Query History: See what questions were asked, the date and time they were asked, which Referring URL the visitor was on, the session ID and which model (test vs published)
- Query Insights: Review this interactive dashboard to understand more information about your query success, queries per session and breakdown per day.
- Session Insights: Understand more detail about your visitors’ sessions based on time, dates and averages.
